AHS security provides 24-hour monitoring service through a U.L. listed, state-of-the-art, professional monitoring center located in San Jose. You can rest assured that if your alarm is activated, the friendly, professional staff at your monitoring center will respond quickly and effectively.

Our monitoring rates are as low as $24 per month. And we promise to never raise your rates.

How monitoring works:
Anytime your alarm goes off, the alarm panel uses your home phone to contact the central station. As soon as the Central Station receives the signals from your alarm panel, the operator will call your home number to check for false alarm. We recommend you call the central station before they contact you!

If the alarm is false, you will need to confirm this with a verbal password. If no one is at home, or if someone does not know the password, the Central Station will dispatch the local police or sheriff to your residence. Then the operator will attempt to contact you or your responsible parties until they reach someone, to let you know that an alarm has occurred and you should probably meet the police at your residence.

The security system can also monitor for fire, heat and carbon-monoxide leaks. These require additional sensors to be installed.
